I am working for a magazine published in Hamburg, Germany. They asked me to complete the report on a couple. He is a soldier within the Germany Army and was sent to Afghanistan, and the article deals with her feelings and how she coped with that situation.
So the idea was to get the pictures kind of sad, dark, low DoF, industrial. In Hamburg, there is an old tunnel from the late 60tes which runs under the river Elbe, this location was perfect. So I went there, met them, and we shot couple of settings in roughly two hours. I will submit a little more of these, although this is the shoot the magazine actually took and used.
